Our shipping fulfillment record is this: Within 24 hours 90% of the orders received Monday thru Thursday before 1:00pm PST will ship the next day. Orders received after 1:00pm on Thursday, most probably will not ship until Monday. If we have a problem with the order (eg: the item is out of stock) we will contact you and let you know there is a delay. We know its old fashioned, but we prefer to contact by phone, so please leave a daytime phone number when placing your order. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. PERIOD. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please do not hesitate to email us for the procedure to send it back to us. We accept VISA, MC AMEX and DISCOVER 95% of our orders ship through UPS. If there is a very small item, we may send it through USPS. Very often our customers find that they need the personal touch. Please feel free to call us at (415)989-2040 and ask for Marcel or Michael. They will be happy to assist you with your questions. Keep in mind though, that they may have some customers at the register(we dont sit at desks), so they may be juggling. We do not prefer that you send us an order by email. Email is not a secure way to send credit card information, so we prefer you send us questions only by email. Please contact us anytime if you cannot find what you are looking for. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to offer all of the products we carry in our retail store. Sometimes customers have been in our store, went home with an idea of what they want only to find out we do not have it on our website. January & February 11:00 am to 7:30 pm March June 10:00 am to 9:00 pm July September 9:30 am to 10:00 pm October December 10:00 am to 9:00 pm These cable car fares are effective September 1, 2005. No transfers/fare receipts accepted or issued Adult & Youth (ages 5-17): $5.00 each way (single ride on a single cable car) Senior (ages 65+) & Disabled: - before 7 a.m.: $1.00 each way (valid ID required) - 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.: $5.00 each way - after 9 p.m.: $1.00 each way (valid ID required) Monthly passes, BART Plus, and Passports are valid on cable cars. Weekly passes require a payment of $1. Tokens require an additional payment of $3.50 (no savings). Interagency passes do not count towards cable car fares. Effective April 1, 2006: Cable car tickets and an All-Day Passport ($11) are sold by the conductors on the cable cars. These passports are equivalent to a Passport only on the day sold. The following applies both before and after April 1, 2006: The conductors can make change for up to $20. Limited edition souvenir cable car tickets are available at ticket booths located at Powell and Market Streets and at Hyde and Beach Streets. They're also available at Muni's Revenue window at 949 Presidio Ave., Room 103 and at the San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau at 900 Market St. (Hallidie Plaza, at Powell and Market Streets) and online through the San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau. $2.00 tickets require an additional cash payment of $3.00, and $3.00 tickets require an additional cash payment of $2.00. |
