Returns and Refunds

We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed...No Questions Asked. However, refunds are not available to special orders and discounted purchases.

Should you be unhappy for any reason with anything you buy from The Cable Car Store , we will be happy to issue you a full refund within 60 days of the shipment date.

To arrange for a refund, please email us with your request, including order number and the item number of what you wish to return. Our email address is orders@cablecarstore.com. You will then be e-mailed with an RA# and instructions on returning your package.

In cases where a product is defective, is damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong product, we will arrange for you to return the item free of charge.

You are responsible for the packages safe arrival back at our retail location. For this reason, we highly recommend that you get a tracking number and buy shipping insurance, in case the product gets lost in transit. Both of these services are available from the Post Office as well as from other shipping companies.

We also recommend that you keep all of your shipping paperwork until your card is credited for the return.

Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser's credit card and are not available to special orders or discounted purchases. We must receive the items to be returned within 60 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
