Our fulfillment record is this: 95% of orders received Monday thru Friday before 8:00am (PST) are shipped within 48 hours. Orders received after 8:00am on Friday, most likely will not ship until Monday. We do not ship or process orders on Saturday or Sunday. We also ship internationally.Back to Top

Do you accept orders by either e-mail or phone?
Very often our customers find that they need the personal touch. Please feel free to call us at (415)989-2040 and ask for Marcel or Julio. They will be happy to assist you with your questions. Keep in mind though, that they may have some customers at the register(we don’t sit at desks), so they may be juggling. We do not prefer that you send us an order by email. Email is not a secure way to send credit card information, so we prefer you send us questions only by email.Back to Top
I do not see what I am looking for, can I send a description of what I want?
Please contact us anytime if you cannot find what you are looking for. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to offer all of the products we carry in our retail store. Sometimes customers have been in our store, went home with an idea of what they want only to find out we do not have it on our website.
