Shipping Time

Our non summer shipping(Sept-May) fulfillment record is this: 90% of orders received Monday thru Thursday before 7:00am (PST) are shipped within 48 hours. Orders received after 7:00am are shipped within 72 hours. Orders received after 7:00am on Thursday, most probably will not ship until Monday. We do not ship or process orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Due to the heavy volume of our summer season(June July August), we will need up to 4 weekdays to ship orders. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, however we will go back to our non summer shipping schedule after Labor day.

Currently, we provide shipping through UPS for the 48 contiguous United States and Alaska and Hawaii. At the time of shipping we will send you an email and let you know your package is on its way. In that email, we will provide a UPS tracking number so that you may follow the progress of your package as it makes it way to your address. Go to UPS.com to enter the tracking number.

We do ship UPS Next Day Air, however, we do not offer that service through our website. You will need to phone in your order to receive the fastest customer service and a price quote for the shipping. (415)989-2040

We also ship packages through the USPS. Prices are listed on our site, and we will send you a tracking number when the order is shipped.


We are unable to ship to the following types of adresses:

 

  • GET Office box addresses · 
  • APO addresses · 
  • any PO (Post Office) box addresses. ·
  • Also, please note that our delivery service may not be available to some remote locations. 


    Shipping rates charged to customers may be adjusted upwards if weight of product exceeds rates listed. For example, a large quantity of mugs is inexpensive to purchase but more expensive to ship.






    Shipping Tips 

    If no one is home during the day to receive a package, we highly recommend that you ship the package or gift to the Addressee's business address (if they are allowed to receive personal packages there). If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the merchant and your order delayed.

    Please double-check the address information to be sure your order will be shipped to the correct address. If it goes to an incorrect address, your order will be delayed.

    The "Bill to" address must be identical to the address to which the credit card statement is sent monthly. Your credit card charge will not be approved and your order will not be placed if you use an incorrect address.

    Remember, an order can only be sent to one address. If you are buying something for someone else, which need to be shipped to a different location, please enter a separate order for each shipping address. types:
