100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Statement

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. PERIOD. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please do not hesitate to email us for the procedure to send it back to us.

However, there is one exception. If you have applied a coupon, or received a discount for quantity ordering, you are not eligible for a refund, nor can you return your purchase.

What form of payment do you accept?

What form of shipping do you use?

We use both UPS and USPS. 90% of our orders ship through USPS and 10% go through USPS.

 

Do you accept orders by either e-mail or phone?

Very often our customers find that they need the personal touch. Please feel free to call us at (415)989-2040 and ask for Marcel or Julio. They will be happy to assist you with your questions. Keep in mind though, that they may have some customers at the register(we don’t sit at desks), so they may be juggling.

We do not prefer that you send us an order by email. Email is not a secure way to send credit card information, so we prefer you send us questions only by email.

 

I do not see what I am looking for. Can I send a description of what I want?

Please contact us anytime if you cannot find what you are looking for. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to offer all of the products we carry in our retail store on our website. Sometimes customers have been in our store, went home with an idea of what they want, only to find out we do not have it on our website. We apologize, but please know we can send you anything we sell, so just drop us an email with a description. website@cablecarstore.com

Also, our buyers are very familiar with all of the souvenir options that are available in the marketplace. If we do not carry something you are interested in, we would be happy to assist you in finding the retail source for that item.

 

There was a mistake in my order, what do I do?

We are generally open for business with the following schedule. This may change without notice. The hours noted here are PST.

January - June 10:00 am to 9:00 pm:

Returns:

We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed...No Questions Asked. However, refunds are not available to special orders and discounted purchases.

Should you be unhappy for any reason with anything you buy from  Cable Car Store , we will be happy to issue you a full refund within 60 days of the shipment date.

To arrange for a refund, please email us with your request, including order number and the item number of what you wish to return. You may call us at 415-989-2040 or you may email us at website@cablecarstore.com.

In cases where a product is defective, is damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong product, we will arrange for you to return the item free of charge.

You are responsible for the packages safe arrival back at our retail location. For this reason, we highly recommend that you get a tracking number and buy shipping insurance, in case the product gets lost in transit. Both of these services are available from the Post Office as well as from other shipping companies.

We also recommend that you keep all of your shipping paperwork until your card is credited for the return.

Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser's credit card and are not available to special orders or discounted purchases. We must receive the items to be returned within 60 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
